Job Summary
Collaboration Account Executive responsible for growing Cisco’s Collaboration revenue in the Western U.S. across Global Enterprise accounts, building executive-level relationships with decision-makers, and leading complex sales cycles for Webex Suite, Collaboration Devices, Contact Center, and AI-powered collaboration solutions. Drive territory plans, partner with Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer outcomes, accelerate adoption, and close opportunities. Requires 7+ years of tech sales with enterprise experience, experience selling collaboration or related technologies, ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and willingness to travel. Strong emphasis on aligning technology investments to measurable business outcomes, building trusted C-suite relationships, and managing large-scale enterprise initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of technology sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment and enterprise account management
- 5+ years of experience selling collaboration, unified communications, contact center, SaaS, cloud, or related technology solutions
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision makers
- Experience developing and executing territory and account plans within large enterprise organizations
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as business needs require.
