Job Summary
Conduct in-person visits to Skilled Nursing Facilities once or twice weekly to provide post-acute care consultation for patients in short-term rehab settings. Oversee two mid-level providers, earning a base salary of $1,000 plus $250 for each additional provider managed. Receive $500 compensation per site visit and work a part-time 1099 role with flexible scheduling that excludes weekends and on-call duties. Required Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible
- Qualify for medical licensure in the State of Connecticut
- Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R-Physiatry)
- Board Certified in Neurology
- Board Certified in Ortho
