Job Summary
Collaborating Physician works with an APN(s) performing in-home and/or telehealth wellness assessments. APNs will not have prescriptive authority or treat patients. You will be available for consultation via telecommunication or in-person, perform annual chart reviews, ensure adherence to policies and state laws, and be accountable for excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
- Board certified
- Residency completion
- 1 year experience in Healthcare management
- Experience with Risk Adjustment
- Must reside in South Carolina
