Job Summary
Collaborating Physician works with an APN(s) performing in-home and/or telehealth wellness assessments for HarmonyCares Medical Group. You will be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN, regularly perform annual chart reviews, ensure adherence to policies and state laws, and be accountable for providing outstanding customer service. Requires an active/unrestricted medical license, board certification, completed residency, and experience in healthcare management with risk adjustment. Must reside in South Carolina. Remote work is supported via telecommunication with in-person availability as needed. Location to base in Tallahassee, FL (US) as indicated by the posting, with a focus on collaboration across in-home primary care practices.
Required Qualifications
- Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
- Board certified required
- Residency completion required
- 1 year experience in Healthcare management
- Experience with Risk Adjustment
- Must reside in South Carolina
