Job Summary
Collaborating Physician (1099) for in-home and telehealth primary care collaboration. Will be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APNs, regularly perform annual chart reviews, ensure adherence to policies and state laws, and maintain outstanding customer service. Requires an active/unrestricted medical license, board certification, completed residency, and experience in healthcare management and risk adjustment. Must reside in South Carolina. Part-time role with remote and potential in-person collaboration, supporting HarmonyCares’ home-based, physician-driven model.
Required Qualifications
- Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
- Board certified
- Residency completion
- 1 year experience in Healthcare management
- Experience with Risk Adjustment
- Must reside in South Carolina
