Job Summary
Collaborating Physician (1099) for in-home and telehealth primary care with APNs. Responsibility includes teleconsultation or in-person guidance for APNs, annual chart reviews, ensuring policy and state-law compliance, and delivering high-quality patient service. Requires active medical license, board certification, residency completion, and at least 1 year in healthcare management with risk-adjustment experience. Location options include South Carolina (remote-capable) and Aurora, Colorado, with remote collaboration as part of a physician-driven, team-based model that supports in-home assessments and telehealth, while maintaining prescriptive authority remains with the APN not the Collaborating Physician.
Required Qualifications
- Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
- Board certified required
- Residency completion required
- 1 year experience in Healthcare management
- Experience with Risk Adjustment
- Must reside in South Carolina
