Job Summary
Collaborating Physician works with APNs performing in-home and/or telehealth wellness assessments. You will be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation, regularly perform annual chart reviews, ensure adherence to policies and state laws, and be accountable for outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. This 1099, part-time role requires a physician who is board-certified with an active/unrestricted medical license, residency completed, and healthcare-management experience; must reside in South Carolina. Location flexibility includes remote collaboration (SC) and a Fresno, CA in-person option where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
- Board certified
- Residency completion
- 1 year experience in Healthcare management
- Experience with Risk Adjustment
- Must reside in South Carolina
