Collaborating Physician (1099) - Part time - Remote

Job Summary
Collaborating Physician works with APNs performing in-home and/or telehealth wellness assessments. You will be available for telecommunication or in-person consultation to address patient assessment questions, regularly perform annual chart reviews, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and state laws. You are accountable for quality and excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This is a 1099, part-time role based in the HarmonyCares Medical Group with a physician-driven model in home-based primary care.
Required Qualifications
- Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
- Board certified
- Residency completion
- 1 year experience in Healthcare management
- Experience with Risk Adjustment
- Must reside in South Carolina
