Job Summary
Collaborating Physician (1099) for part-time remote role supporting in-home primary care. Collaborating physician provides telemedicine or in-person consultation to APNs conducting home- or telehealth wellness assessments, reviews annual charts, and ensures adherence to policies, state laws, and quality standards. Role includes coordinating with APNs to address patient assessment questions, maintaining high levels of customer service, and overseeing clinical governance within a team-based, physician-driven model. Requires an active/unrestricted MD license, board certification, completed residency, and experience in healthcare management and risk adjustment. Must reside in South Carolina. Location hints include Akron, OH and South Carolina, US, with remote work options.
