Job Summary
Collaborating Physician (1099) to work part-time in a remote capacity coordinating with APNs for in-home and telehealth wellness assessments. Responsibilities include telecommunication or in-person consultations with APNs, annual chart reviews, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and state laws, and delivering high-quality customer service. Requires an active medical license, board certification, completed residency, and at least 1 year in healthcare management with risk adjustment experience. Residency completion and SC residency are specified. The role is remote with potential geographic constraints and collaboration within HarmonyCares Medical Group.
