Serve as the collaborating physician for Upperline Health Nurse Practitioners in South Carolina, providing clinical consultation, guidance, and support on patient care and complex treatment plans. Conduct chart reviews and periodic assessments of NP documentation to ensure compliance, quality, and alignment with protocols and state regulations. Participate in scheduled meetings with NPs as required by state law and company policy, while remaining available for timely communication via phone, secure messaging, or virtual meetings. Support NP onboarding, education, and clinical development to foster consistency in care delivery. Partner with regional and operational leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. This 1099 independent contractor role offers a flexible, part-time schedule for an MD or DO with active licensure and experience in primary care or chronic disease management.
