Job Summary
Manage the Coles Online Department with full accountability for selecting, packing, and coordinating click-and-collect or delivery orders for in-store Personal Shoppers. Lead the team to meet sales targets, control costs, and handle rostering needs while ensuring visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met. Maintain flexible afternoon and evening working hours to support diverse customer needs. Reporting to the Online Department Manager, you will coach team members to drive a one-team culture that celebrates success. This role is part of a gender-equitable, inclusive team focused on helping Australians eat and live better.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
- Take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs
