COLE000: College Engagement Department Head

Lead University Relations activities by developing relationships with New Jersey-based universities and managing a team of four to five direct reports across Business Development, Student Groups, and individual student initiatives. Coordinate geographic focus with Community Engagement and Corporate Partnerships Development, handle hiring with HUCA, manage the department budget with FINA, and address marketing needs with MKTG. Continuously streamline the college engagement approach, represent the department at the Monthly Leadership Team for budgeting and planning, and attend mandatory weekly virtual meetings, biweekly team leads meetings, monthly department heads meetings, and quarterly board meetings.
