Job Summary
Lead and run Coldwell Banker’s local brokerage office in Houston, recruiting and developing real estate agents, driving revenue, and overseeing branch operations. Responsible for attracting and developing top talent, managing budgets and P&L to achieve profitability, representing the brand in the community, and leveraging technology to grow the business. Requires 3-5 years of sales experience in residential real estate and an active Texas broker’s license; demonstrated leadership, recruitment, and performance coaching capabilities; strong communication and a growth-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Active TX real estate broker's license (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of sales experience in residential real estate
- Proven management experience including recruiting, training, and team development
- Ability to manage branch operations, budgets, and P&L to achieve profitability targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technology proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, internet/media platforms)
