Welcome guests, take orders including drive-thru, and manage the register for all credit card and cash operations. Receive payments, present change, and ensure a balanced register at the end of the shift. Prepare custard items in a sanitary, timely manner while maintaining dining room cleanliness and following proper hygiene and safety procedures. Assemble and disassemble equipment, assume responsibility for product quality, and engage with guests to seek feedback. Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager. This role requires lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for long periods, and operating front-of-house equipment.
