Job Summary
Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for the sales floor or back stock. Restock items on the sales floor and coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers on shop moves and mannequin placement. Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products while maintaining an orderly appearance through general cleaning and organization. Follow the Line Leader checklist, walk-through notes, and merch guides to prioritize shop needs, exercise judgment and tact, and be willing to perform other tasks as assigned by leadership. Work assigned schedules that may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 months of related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
- Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly
- Willingness to work assigned schedule including varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to be organized, multitask, have problem-solving skills, and maintain all aspects of a merchandiser role
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- Ability to exercise judgment and tact, and be able to effectively work with all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Willingness to do other tasks as assigned by the leadership team and Merchandising Lead
