Cold Warehouse

Assist with packing ice to sleeves and boxes in the Freezer area while ensuring clean, sanitary machines and equipment throughout the process. Learn and follow best food safety standards consistent with SOPs, procedures, inspections, and quality requirements. Contribute to high quality by communicating with the supervisor when irregularities with product or equipment occur. Accurately record charts related to performed labor, inspection, and results as required. Work safely by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, often up to 25 pounds, and constantly up to 10 pounds. Work in the cold warehouse freezer at all times packing cocktail ice; the company provides PPE to stay warm. Dress in layers.
