Job Summary
As Cold Store Supervisor, oversee inbound/outbound goods, storage, inventory control, and dispatch within a warehouse or distribution centre, lead a twelve-person team, ensure accurate goods movement, stock accuracy, safety compliance, and timely communications with procurement, sales, and customer service; drive process improvements and maintain records for all goods movements, discrepancies, damages, and returns; utilise WMS for tracking, analysis, and reporting to support efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse, planning, or supply chain management
- Experience with modern warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols within a warehouse environment
