Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor to lead and train the production team in efficient, safe manufacturing of quality products; manage training on company policies, monitor performance, coordinate materials and supplies, assist HR with staffing and payroll, ensure GMP compliance and sanitation, and drive cost control and continuous improvements in a cold storage environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 – 4 years of related experience preferred
- Experience with the use of non-motorized and powered equipment.
- Computer experience with email and MS Office.
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
- Coaching and performance management experience a plus.
