Cold Forming Header Operator - 2nd Shift

Set up and operate cold formers to manufacture parts to precise specifications, measuring and inspecting components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Load material, adjust tooling, and position wire through dies to extrude stock while monitoring machine operation and troubleshooting malfunctions. Perform minor maintenance, repair worn tooling, and document quality data and production records. Collaborate with team members on setups and assist with new part introductions and prototype runs. Maintain a safe, clean work environment and use overhead cranes and forklifts for material handling. Will train on first shift before moving to the second shift.
