Cold Food Prep

Cold Food Prep role on a part-time, on-call basis at Kelber Catering in downtown Minneapolis. Responsibilities include working on the cold food line, handling plated and buffet banquet menus for catered events, and supporting made-to-order items in retail outlets. Requires customer service and culinary experience; you will work with staff and guests from around the world across diverse menus using locally sourced ingredients. Flexible hours covering days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical duties include lifting up to 25 lbs and standing/moving through kitchen and storage areas.
