Job Summary
Prospect, acquire, and nurture leads for the sales team using LinkedIn and other tools while managing and growing your own pipeline. Understand client needs through continuous contact and follow-ups, maintaining deep knowledge of business offerings, competitors, and the industry. Develop strategic plans to support high-ticket lead generation and communicate effectively with C-Level executives. This full-time, 40-hour role offers a permanent work-from-home setup with an AU morning shift, a base salary of 40k PHP plus commissions, and HMO coverage for the first year.
Required Qualifications
- solid expertise of 3-5 years of LinkedIn outreach experience and cold email marketing experience
- handled multiple high-ticket accounts/portfolios
- comfortable and confident in dealing with C-Level executives
- sales skills
- communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools
- organized and solution oriented
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
- Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
