Cold Chain Logistics & Claims Customer Experience Intern

Internship-focused role supporting the Cargo Claims team in delivering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end cargo claims with customers and internal stakeholders, assisting with survey organization, documentation follow-up, reporting, and query handling; building relationships with local, regional, and global claims teams; gaining exposure to reefer operational processes and cross-team collaboration within Cold Chain Logistics. Requires multitasking, attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in Turkish and English. Open to new graduates and 4th-year undergraduates for a 6-month internship (4 days/week).
