Job Summary
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce services and engage potential clients. Qualify prospects based on established criteria and schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM while following approved scripts and adapting to prospect needs. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment targets through consistent follow-up activities. Requires minimum two years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing with excellent English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a call center environment
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems
- Experience in the travel industry
- Prior experience in appointment setting
