Job Summary
Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify potential candidates for travel, contract, and permanent nursing roles. Introduce job opportunities and assess qualifications while maintaining accurate records of all calls and leads in Excel. Provide bi-weekly progress updates during scheduled meetings with the recruitment team and meet performance targets related to successful placements. Ensure all client, candidate, and company information remains confidential. This commission-only position requires proven cold calling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential candidates
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Organized with attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records
- Must have access to Excel and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to attend weekly meetings with the recruitment team
- Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Must sign an Independent Contractor Agreement, agreeing to all terms outlined
