Job Summary
Cold Caller – GHL Focused role requires outbound outreach to local businesses to promote GoHighLevel-based solutions. Responsibilities include making outbound cold calls, reaching decision-makers, bypassing gatekeepers, explaining GHL features (CRM, workflows, funnels, calendars, automation, pipelines, appointment booking, lead management), qualifying leads, booking demos, maintaining CRM records, handling objections, and supporting multi-channel outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email, Facebook DMs, social DMs, SMS). Preferred: experience with LinkedIn outreach, Facebook DMs, and GHL outreach campaigns; strong SaaS/CRM/automation sales background; ability to reach local businesses and book demos. Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales
- Experience selling GoHighLevel / GHL / white-labeled GHL solutions
- Good understanding of CRM, automation, funnels, sales pipelines, and appointment booking systems
- Strong English communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups
- Self-starter attitude with strong ownership
