Job Summary
Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support legal matters. Prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements under senior attorney supervision while maintaining and organizing case records. Collaborate with the legal team on case preparation, track deadlines, and assist in resolving minor legal issues. Perform background checks and conduct legal analyses to ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations. Maintain confidentiality and work efficiently with strong written communication skills. Gain exposure to diverse legal areas and learn from experienced attorneys within a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Grado en Derecho o equivalente
- Conocimiento básico de procesos legales y terminología jurídica
- Habilidades de investigación y análisis
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente y mantener la confidencialidad
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
- Orientación a los detalles y capacidad de organización
- Actitud proactiva y deseos de aprender y crecer en el campo legal
Desired Qualifications
- Preferiblemente, experiencia previa en una función legal similar
