Job Summary
Coil Winder/Coil Assembler in the Magnetics area responsible for cutting, taping, sleeving, crimping and winding of Litz or solid wire; must read and understand bills of material and assembly drawings; utilize ITW toolbox to support employee involvement and continuous improvement; may rotate to different work cells; overtime may be required, including voluntary and mandatory OT; overtime and Saturday OT possible; requires teamwork, self-starting attitude, safety consciousness, and strong communication; aim for on-time delivery and customer-focused quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass solder certification and demonstrate proficiency if needed
- 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Cross training
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day
- Lift to 50 lbs
- Good communication skills
- Safety and quality minded
