Job Summary
Supervise all personnel and provide technical support for operations at the wellsite, yard, and other work locations. Coordinate activities with customers, rig crews, and field support staff while planning operations and troubleshooting onsite issues. Advise customers on proper procedures, operate equipment, and instruct personnel on safe operation. Conduct pre- and post-job safety meetings, ensure equipment inspections and testing, and prepare comprehensive job documentation including field tickets and safety forms. Train personnel on equipment operation and standard operating procedures, and review performance to make recommendations on hiring, discipline, scheduling, and compensation. This safety-sensitive role requires strict adherence to drug and alcohol policies, local, state, and federal regulations. Located in Union City, Oklahoma, this full-time position involves travel, exposure to inclement weather, and working in confined spaces with heavy loads.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to communicate with both written and verbal forms
- Effective leadership skills
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs
- Must be able to climb and work in awkward and cramped positions
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment or vehicles
- Must be able to walk and work on slippery, uneven surfaces
- Must be able to frequently handle heavy loads
- Must be able to lift, carrying, turning, squatting, and moving with heavy loads
- Must be able to climb up and down ladders
- Must be able to climb into and out of equipment
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must wear PPE
- Must be available for travel
- Must be available for exposure to inclement weather
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- 4-6 years of work experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Class A CDL, with hazardous material endorsement
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications
