Job Summary
Develop and apply evidence-based interventions to enhance cognitive performance, mental readiness, and behavioral skills for Special Operations Forces personnel. Provide individual and group education, training, and consultation focused on adaptive thinking, executive function, sleep, emotional control, goal setting, visualization, and related performance strategies. Collaborate with human performance professionals to support SOF brain health, cognitive readiness, and optimal performance in high-stress training and operational environments. This role supports the Preservation of the Force and Family program and requires U.S. citizenship with an active Secret security clearance.

- Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
