Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive mental health and psychological assessments, develop and deliver individualised CBT treatment plans, and provide one-to-one CBT interventions for a range of mental health conditions. Monitor client progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and provide psychoeducation to promote recovery and wellbeing. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while adhering to safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional standards. Participate in clinical supervision, training, and continuous professional development to ensure compliance with clinical governance and organisational policies. This role offers flexible work schedules and exposure to diverse healthcare settings within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Relevant degree in Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or a related healthcare profession
- Up-to-date knowledge of CBT principles, mental health practice, and clinical governance
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Desired Qualifications
- Registration with BABCP or an equivalent recognised professional body
