Job Summary
Lead the development of a new company from concept to scale; define company strategy, vision, and long-term roadmap; own the product vision by defining what you're building, for whom, and why it matters; adapt product direction and lead go-to-market efforts; establish feedback loops with early customers and define the go-to-market model and operating framework from the ground up; craft the product's positioning, messaging, and narrative to attract customers, talent, and capital; identify target customer segments and build scalable motion to reach, convert, and retain them; recruit and cultivate a high-performance team; create materials, pitches, and content that clearly communicate the product's value across channels. Requires a product thinker who can articulate a crisp product narrative, launches something before, and thrives in zero-to-one environments; preferred skills include founding or operating a company and experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy.
