Job Summary
Co-Foreman coordinates tasks and supervises a crew of two or more under the Foreman, learning and applying on-site leadership to drive timely, safe, and quality project outcomes. Responsibilities include assisting the Foreman with leading a high-performance team, reviewing job specs to determine materials/tools, assessing conditions on-site, planning work sequences, assigning duties, installing products with a national support team, troubleshooting as needed, delivering superior service to customers, ensuring accurate final documentation, and promoting safety and company standards. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement to a Foreman position, with opportunities for growth through a structured certification program and internal promotion, while maintaining strong collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience leading crews or small teams
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Experience in construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor
