Create an environment where customers are happy and deliver a great experience. Support team and operations to ensure profitability while managing inventory levels, product quality, and setting high customer service standards. React to financials such as P&L, product mix, category sales, waste, and gross margin reports to maximize sales and profitability. Develop the team through engagement and coaching, providing honest and constructive feedback. Ensure achievement of sales goals, maximize efficiency, and minimize loss. Provide clear direction, proactively identify challenges, monitor progress, and make viable business decisions for profitability. Achieve consistent, measurable results. With a passion for coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland, Oregon, in 1998 and have since expanded throughout the Treasure Valley.
