Job Summary
Conduct daily briefings to understand key objectives and deliverables. Engage in coaching sessions with team leaders to drive sales, approach customers, and reinforce the brand message while meeting individual and store goals. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by leveraging product knowledge and brand enthusiasm. Create positive brand experiences for all stakeholders and promote Nespresso's sustainability mission by educating customers and prospects. This role requires standing for an entire working day and repeatedly lifting up to 23 kgs. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment with demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced retail/selling environment with a high volume of customers
- Demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service
- Effective time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for an entire working day
- Ability to repeatedly lift a maximum of 23 kgs
