Coffee Shop Supervisor

Front of House Supervisors are natural leaders responsible for overseeing floor and counter service to deliver best-in-class guest experiences. You will mentor and support the team, ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness, and be a source of knowledge on WatchHouse products and standards. The role requires proactive leadership, a welcoming demeanor, reliability, and a passion for hospitality, with responsibility for delivering WatchHouse standards during shifts and collaborating with the House Manager and management team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, embodying WatchHouse hospitality, and you will contribute to a positive, high-performing work environment supported by comprehensive training and development opportunities (including access to SCA Training and induction programs).
