Job Summary
Front of House Supervisor for WatchHouse’s London opening. Lead floor and counter service, deliver best-in-class guest experiences, mentor and support the team, maintain cleanliness and operational standards, and embody WatchHouse hospitality values. Requires supervisory experience in a restaurant or large coffee shop, passion for hospitality, ability to manage shifting service needs, and strong customer service skills.
