Job Summary
Oversee daily shift operations including opening, closing, and cash management while maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety guidelines. Ensure consistent execution of recipes, presentation, and service standards by greeting guests, addressing concerns, and modeling a customer-first culture. Lead a team through on-the-job coaching, training, and feedback, supporting onboarding of new members and reinforcing performance expectations. Foster a collaborative environment by recognizing individual and team accomplishments while troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns as needed. Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and integrity requirements. Requires flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma with 1–3 years of retail or food & beverage experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or food & beverage setting
- Able to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Desired Qualifications
- some college preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- ServeSafe certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
