Coffee Shop Manager

Carry out all merchandising programs, order merchandise, and control inventory while ensuring products are prepared, priced, and restocked according to approved procedures. Supervise and provide in-depth training for department personnel, coordinate displays and signage, and maintain the highest standards of brand presentation. Follow all safe food handling procedures and ensure staff compliance, performing barista functions when necessary. Complete other duties as assigned by the store manager.
