Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, take orders at the counter and over the phone, and craft beverages while keeping the coffee shop stocked and spotless. Prepare and replenish products, monitor freshness, and follow a production list to stay ahead of daily needs. Handle food safely, maintain a clean and tidy work area, and run the department register to process payments. Remove trash promptly, check in products, and assist with other store areas or special projects as needed. This role requires following written and verbal instructions, using basic math skills, and communicating clearly in a fast-paced environment. Less than a high school diploma or equivalent is accepted, with up to six months of similar experience preferred. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- Ability to safely use sharp knives and blades for food preparation
- Ability to operate a delivery vehicle in accordance with applicable DOT standards
