Job Summary
Prepare coffee, espresso, and other beverages while serving food items like pastries and sandwiches. Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter, drive-thru, or café area. Operate the POS system, handle cash, and process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment, while monitoring inventory and reporting shortages. Ensure all items meet quality standards and practice safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with opening, closing, and shift transitions, and support convenience store operations including stocking shelves and assisting customers. Report for work on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills for POS operations
- Professional, positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Willing and able to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Must have a phone and reliable transportation
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Physical attendance at primary work location is required
