Job Summary
Prepare coffee, espresso, and other beverages while serving food items like pastries and sandwiches. Operate the POS system, handle cash, and process transactions accurately at the counter, drive-thru, or café area. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment, and monitor inventory for shortages or issues. Provide friendly, efficient customer service and assist with store operations including stocking shelves and managing product displays. Practice safety and sanitation procedures, support opening and closing procedures, and report for work when scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills for POS operations
- Professional, positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Willing and able to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Must have a phone and reliable transportation
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Physical attendance at primary work location is required
