Job Summary
Operate roasting and grinding equipment to meet daily production schedules while monitoring roast profiles and maintaining quality standards. Follow all QC checks, documentation, and procedures to ensure food safety and batch consistency. Collaborate with the team to resolve equipment or process issues and take ownership of station cleanliness, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Participate in cuppings and sensory sessions to refine roasts and develop technical expertise. This 3rd shift role supports Peet's commitment to uncompromising quality and craft within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Able to lift 80 pounds 20% of the shift
- Able to endure constant leaning and bending during shift
- Able to handle/move up to 750-pound bins on casters
Desired Qualifications
- A strong interest—or prior experience—in the coffee industry (barista, roaster, or similar)
- Prior experience with Caribou or Peet's Coffee
