Job Summary
Assist in distribution, labeling, packaging, and order fulfillment for specialty coffee at the Morena roasting facility. Perform deliveries using the company vehicle, requiring a valid driver's license. Lift 40-60 lbs and stand for multiple hours during 6-8 hour shifts. Work Monday through Thursday or Friday with 32-40 hours weekly, including paid holidays. Maintain organization, self-motivation, and a positive attitude while managing multi-tasking demands in production operations.
