Job Summary
Coffee Packing & Production Assistant supports daily production, packing, and fulfilment at the Newport roastery. Responsible for preparing and packing customer orders, processing online web sales, ensuring labels and presentation meet Ponaire standards, assisting with grinding and portioning, maintaining hygiene and safety, and supporting stock management and continuous improvement alongside the production team.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Previous experience in packing, fulfilment, production, warehouse, or food manufacturing environments (desirable)
- Experience processing online orders or dispatch operations (desirable)
- Coffee experience is beneficial but not essential
