Job Summary
Coffee Packager I in a fast-paced warehouse environment responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate preparation, labeling and packaging of products per customer specifications. Uses Adobe Illustrator for label printing and Epson C6500Au; performs pre-startup safety and sanitation checks; monitors daily communications via email and Asana; reviews roast schedules to ensure correct product quantities; labels, fills, and ties bags; stocks and organizes supplies; follows safety, sanitation, and FDA SOPs; participates in training and compliance activities; conducts daily and deep cleaning; supports additional tasks as assigned; reports to Production Manager; typical schedule Monday–Thursday with 7:30 am–4:00 pm shift; Rate of Pay: $19.13/hour + DOE.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining workflow efficiency
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently for several hours
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation
