Job Summary
Delivers superior guest service by suggesting products, sampling items, and educating customers on seasonality and taste. Manages product rotation, merchandising, and quality assurance checks to maintain stock levels and cleanliness. Ensures adherence to health code guidelines, safety policies, and established store programs while promoting sales. Performs daily operational procedures to support inventory control and department standards.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler's Certification as required by State Law
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Write simple correspondence
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization
- Basic math (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication)
- Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
