Coffee Bar Manager

Run the coffee bar day to day in Knokke this summer, opening, closing, and everything in between. Lead and coordinate a small team of students and flexi-workers, schedule and brief to keep standards and the vibe, and deliver guests a great coffee and a positive experience. Manage stock, keep the bar hygienic and organized, ensure quality presentation of the coffee and small menu, and maintain a smooth operation from open to close. Fluent in Dutch and English (French a plus) with an entrepreneurial, independent mindset; hospitality knowledge and bar-running experience are valued. This is a summer, hands-on role with real responsibility and freedom to build something visible for guests.
