Job Summary
Lead ING Australia’s KYC & FCP program as part of the Senior Leadership team. Own end-to-end KYC program delivery, governance, analytics, and remediation activities, driving data-led insights and continuous improvement. Oversee cross-functional delivery with Risk, Compliance, Operations and Global teams; provide clear reporting to executive stakeholders and represent KYC at senior committees. This is a hands-on leadership role based in Sydney, combining strategic oversight with execution to strengthen controls and regulatory alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong AML/CTF and governance experience within Financial Services
- Proven experience leading large, high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional programs end-to-end
- Strong understanding of Operational Risk Management frameworks and control environments
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including presenting at executive level
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical outcomes
