Job Summary
Coding Manager responsible for delivery management of various outsourcing partners and hospital groups, understanding client requirements and delivering results in terms of productivity and quality. Collaborates with the Manager Coding, ensures service levels and team performance, mentors and coaches the team, maintains process documentation and project planning, conducts and recommends training to improve performance, manages customer engagement and client interactions, and drives continual process improvement and knowledge enhancement to maintain TAT and project quality.
